Variant 1. Easy.
Beneficiaries are authors of non trivial decisions, critics, and also other accomplices of history, including observers are. I have offered the project “Inspiration” for realization of such scenario. I will write not complete articles in a style of improvisation for this project. The way to knowledge of the world filters some image of this world. Improvisation generates inspiration.
Variant 2. With use of ”heavy artillery”.
Beneficiaries are the scientific organizations and some other traditional institutes. We can prepare discussion, we can involve in it known thinkers. We will solve some problems of a transition period within the power of participants of discussion.
I came up with the name for such variant of the project – “Schrödinger's cat”. You know about existence of the decision of an irrational problem. The decision is closed in a chest. You are not assured of correctness of this decision. The decision exists and does not exist simultaneously. You can assume some probability of correctness of this decision on discussion start. I will raise degree of trust in the course of discussion. We can change a status of quantum to level of 100 % of probability of realization of event without chest opening. The decision will soar in air. Any interested person will can formulate this decision in the final of the project.
Scientists speak about the influence of observation on state of a quantum. I speak about a new phenomenon of the quantum theory – about influence of belief on state of a quantum.
We do not trust in the decision – the decision does not exist. We risk believing in decision possibility – the decision risks to arise in the future. We see possibility for decision realization, but we do not see concrete ways of its realization – we expect occurrence of this decision in the near future.
Each branch of a science is based on belief in its postulates. The belief in support becomes a necessary element of a strict science in the conditions of a variety of continuums. We trust in such relations, we keep them, we exclude other relations – we keep this continuum. Mainstays create laws. Laws can be laws of conservation or nonconservation, stability or instability, ergodicity or nonergodicity, isotropy or anisotropy, uniformity or nonuniformity, system or random form, and so on. We can synthesize any forms of a continuum – with the help of belief among other instruments.
We can prove necessity of Freedom, Will and Choice also – from the strict scientific point of view. But we should change science methodology before that.
We should change criteria of an estimation of truth before the publication of this truth.
We will establish value of irrational relations.
Variant 3. “All inclusive”.
Beneficiaries are institutes of management of a society are. I do not see sense to think of such scenario in details at current level of trust to my hypothesis. This project can use collective thinking. We can work at level of Think Tanks. We can solve problems of a society and problems of relations between societies in the course of discussion of such level. We will change the discussion purpose here. The key to an irrational task becomes a decision part. We should construct balance between irrational philosophy of the general field of knowledge and rational theories in separate branches.
I am ready to oppose serious scientists. I have no big erudition, but I have a universal master key. I will show possibilities of this master key. I will designate the concept of the irrational decision thus. I need the help of a personal command for correct and compact presentation of various theories for the purpose of subsequent analysis. Speed of discussion can be high.
